1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Deck Grimoire you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Proxy cards — personal use only

Deck Grimoire generates printable proxy cards for personal, non-commercial playtesting only. You must not:

Sell, trade, or distribute printed proxy cards
Use proxy cards in sanctioned or competitive tournaments
Represent proxy cards as genuine Magic: The Gathering cards

Card names, artwork, and set symbols are the intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast. Card images are served by Scryfall under the Wizards Fan Content Policy.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Service availability

Deck Grimoire is provided free of charge and without guarantee of uptime, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
