Dance of the Elements (ECC).
A five-color Elemental tribal deck from Lorwyn Eclipsed, led by Ashling, the Limitless, evoke Elementals for cheap enters triggers, get free token copies with haste, and close with the Incarnation cycle's encore abilities.
The Commanders
Dance of the Elements is the five-color Elemental tribal Commander deck from Lorwyn Eclipsed. Ashling, the Limitless is a 2/3 Elemental Sorcerer for two red mana, but she's five-color in the command zone. Elemental permanent spells you cast from your hand gain Evoke 4, so you can cast them for four generic mana and sacrifice on entry. Whenever you sacrifice a nontoken Elemental, you create a haste token copy of it until end of turn. Evoke a ten-mana Elemental for four mana, take the enters trigger, then get a haste token copy of the same Elemental swinging right away.
Mass of Mysteries is the alternate commander, a 5/5 with first strike, vigilance, and trample for all five colors. At the beginning of combat, another Elemental you control gains Myriad until end of turn, which makes a token copy attacking each opponent. Put Myriad on your biggest Elemental and it swings at every player at once with identical copies.
Key Cards
Risen Reef
Whenever Risen Reef or another Elemental enters the battlefield under your control, look at the top card of your library. If it's a land, put it onto the battlefield tapped. Otherwise, put it into your hand. Every Elemental entry draws a card or drops a land. Ashling evokes Elementals cheaply and hands you haste token copies, so each entry chains into another card, and that card finds the next Elemental. Risen Reef is what turns all those enter triggers into a steady flow of cards and mana.
Omnath, Locus of the Roil
When Omnath enters, it deals damage to any target equal to the number of Elementals you control. Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter on target Elemental. Each land drop grows an Elemental on the board. Risen Reef keeps dropping lands, so Omnath spreads counters that carry over to Ashling's haste token copies: each token enters with the counters the original had already accumulated. The entry damage scales with your Elemental count, often six to twelve to the face in the mid-game.
Yarok, the Desecrated
If a permanent entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time. That doubles every Elemental enters trigger in the deck. Risen Reef draws two cards per Elemental entry. Omnath deals its damage twice. Every Incarnation's enters trigger fires twice. Ashling evokes an Elemental, and that one evoke triggers Risen Reef twice, Omnath twice, and any other ETB payoff twice, so a single action buries the table in cards and damage.
Smokebraider
Tap to add two mana in any combination of colors, but only to cast Elemental spells or activate Elemental abilities. It's a two-drop that pays for any Elemental in the deck. One Smokebraider active drops Ashling's Evoke 4 to an effective Evoke 2. With two of them, most large Elementals cost nothing to evoke through Ashling. Smokebraider is the accelerant that gets Ashling's engine going by turn four instead of turn seven.
Horde of Notions
A 5/5 with vigilance, trample, and haste for five mana. Pay one of each color to play any Elemental card from any graveyard without paying its mana cost. Ashling's evoke lines pack the graveyard with sacrificed Elementals, and Horde recasts them for free: bring an evoker back for its enters trigger, redeploy an Incarnation for another Encore, or just get a key Elemental onto the board again. It's the reset that refuels Ashling's engine once the first wave of evoke plays is spent.
How to Play
Play Smokebraider on turn two so you can ramp into Ashling on turn three. Once she's active, start evoking large Elementals for four mana, take their enters triggers, and get the haste token copies right away. Risen Reef draws off each entry. Drop Yarok to double all of it. In the mid-game the Incarnation cycle gives you strong one-shot effects, with Encore for a second helping. A common kill: Yarok doubles Omnath's entry damage while a full board of Elementals hits for six to twelve on entry, and one player is dead on the spot. Really you win on the sheer volume of enters triggers. With Yarok out and Risen Reef drawing, every Ashling evoke is a multi-trigger turn that generates more than the table can answer.
