commander · Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva
Cabaretti Cacophony (SNC).
A Naya go-wide tokens deck from Streets of New Capenna. Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva makes Citizens and turns your creature count into a pile of combat pressure while goading enemy blockers out of the way.
The Commanders
Cabaretti Cacophony is the Naya tokens deck from Streets of New Capenna. The plan is simple and loud: flood the board with small green and white Citizens, pump the whole team, and swing wide before anyone stabilizes. Most of your best cards read "for each creature you control," so the deck wants bodies on the table more than it wants any single bomb.
Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva gives you a Citizen the moment she lands, so she pays for herself. Her real job happens at the start of every combat, including your opponents' turns. Tap two of your creatures and one creature its owner controls gets +2/+2 and trample and is goaded until your next turn. Point it at an opponent's blocker to force it across the table, or hand an ally's attacker a pump so it crashes into someone else. She turns spare tokens into political leverage and keeps the board tilted toward chaos while you build.
Key Cards
Phabine, Boss's Confidant
Phabine gives all your creature tokens haste, so every Citizen you make can attack the turn it enters. Her Parley trigger at the start of combat has each player reveal the top card of their library: you make a Citizen for every land shown and pump your team by the number of nonland cards, then everyone draws. In a deck built on tokens she is both an anthem and a fresh source of bodies each turn.
Life of the Party
This is the closer. It has first strike, trample, and haste, and every time it attacks it gets +X/+0 where X is your creature count. On a full board that is a one-hit kill against somebody. When it enters, each opponent makes a goaded copy, which sounds generous until you remember Kitt Kanto and your goad effects want those extra attackers pointed away from you anyway.
Assemble the Legion
Assemble the Legion snowballs on its own. Each upkeep it gains a muster counter, then makes a hasty Soldier for every counter it has, so one Soldier becomes two, then three, then a small army. Left alone for a few turns it produces more attackers than most tables can block. It feeds every "for each creature" payoff and gives the deck a plan that does not care if your creatures keep dying.
Bess, Soul Nourisher
Bess grows every time your 1/1 tokens enter, and this deck makes a lot of 1/1 tokens. When she attacks, every other 1/1 you control gets +X/+X until end of turn equal to the counters on her, so a wide board of Citizens suddenly hits like a real team. A couple of token spells early can leave her big enough to end games by herself.
Scepter of Celebration
The Scepter gives the equipped creature +2/+0 and trample, then makes a Citizen for each point of combat damage it deals to a player. Strap it on a decent attacker and one connection refills your board with fresh tokens. Put it on Bess or a pumped Citizen and the damage feeds right back into more bodies, which feed the next attack.
Camaraderie
Camaraderie is the payoff that stops the deck from running out of gas. You gain life and draw a card for each creature you control, then the whole team gets +1/+1 until end of turn. On a wide board that is often five or six cards and a swing that closes the game. It rewards you for the exact thing the deck is already doing.
Thunderfoot Baloth
As long as Kitt Kanto is on the board, Thunderfoot Baloth is a +2/+2 anthem that also hands trample to your whole team. A field of Citizens that all get bigger and trample over blockers is exactly how this deck wants to attack. It is a cheap way to turn a stalled board of small tokens into lethal damage in one turn.
How to Play
Spend the early turns landing token makers and mana rocks so your board starts wide. Get Kitt Kanto down and use her combat trigger to goad the scariest blocker each turn while your Citizen count climbs. By the mid game you want an anthem or two, a Bess or Assemble the Legion running, and enough bodies that Camaraderie draws you back into a full hand. Your win usually comes from one big attack: pump the team with Thunderfoot Baloth or Bess, give it trample, and swing before anyone can rebuild. Protect Kitt Kanto and keep the goad effects pointed outward so the table beats on each other while you go over the top.
