Lathril, Blade of the Elves
A Golgari Elf tribal deck from Kaldheim that goes wide and drains the table. Lathril, Blade of the Elves taps ten Elves to knock each opponent for 10 life at once.
Norse myth Magic. Two decks: an Azorius Spirit deck built on foretell, and a Golgari Elf deck that drains the table.
Pay two generic mana to exile a card face down, then cast it later for its foretell cost. It splits a spell across two turns and hides it from discard, and the Azorius deck gets a Spirit token every time you do it.
A boast ability can be activated once each turn, only after that creature attacks. It rewards committing to combat rather than holding back, and Kaldheim printed it widely.
Changelings are every creature type at once. In a set built on Elves, Giants, Dwarves and Angels, they fill whichever tribe you are short on.
Kaldheim brought back snow lands and cards that count snow mana. Neither precon commits to it fully, but the option is in the box.
Kaldheim is the Norse myth plane, and the two Commander decks take opposite halves of it: the Spirits above and the Elves below.
Foretell is the mechanic worth learning here. Paying two now and the rest later smooths out awkward turns, and Ranar rewards every exile with a Spirit token, so the tempo cost effectively pays for itself. It also plays well around counterspells and discard, since the card is out of your hand and off the stack until you want it.
The Elf deck is the more direct of the two, and Lathril has stayed popular well beyond her original release. Twenty two Elves and a tap ability that hits every opponent for ten is not a subtle plan, but it works.
Elven Empire is the stronger deck and the easier one to upgrade, since Elf support is deep and cheap. Phantom Premonition is more interesting to pilot if you like holding cards in exile and casting them at the right moment.

Ranar the Ever-Watchful
An Azorius spirits and foretell deck led by Ranar the Ever-Watchful, exile cards from your hand via foretell, trigger spirit token creation, and build a flying army that overwhelms the table.
